Let us manage your entire project from initial concept to installation.
Currently, are only accepting all new furniture and decor projects with a budget minimum of 30K for the entire project.
$150/hr design time cost
What’s included?
• 30 minutes- 1 hour design consult to discuss the project and budget
• Tailored style board, budget, and floor plan to begin the project
• Hand selected shopping + sourcing for furniture
• Professional styling and install
• Coordination of all contract work
*A base fee of $250 is required for the first consultation. After a proposal and budget is agreed upon, we collect the first 10 hours of time as a retainer fee to begin the project. Then, the additional hours are billed at $150/hour. (we will provide an estimate that is shown in your proposal). A 10% Handling Fee will be added onto all accessories, furniture, décor bought by the designer.
