What’s included?
First time consultation to see the space and take measurements if needed
Floor Plan
Vision Board
Attendance at meetings to pick furnishings such as flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, etc.
Reoccurring Appointments with client to review and check progress of remodel/ new construction home.
*A base fee of $250 is required for the first consultation. After a proposal and budget is agreed upon, we collect the first 10 hours of time as a retainer fee to begin the projec and hold your place in our schedule. Then, the additional hours are billed at $150/hour. (we will provide an estimate shown in your proposal). A 10% Handling Fee will be added onto all accessories, furniture, décor bought by the designer. Most remodel and new build projects tend to start at 80+ hours.
