Phase 1 - We see your space

After we receive your questionnaire, we set up an in-person consult to meet & discuss the scope of work. If we are a good fit, we move on to creating your proposal.

A consultation deposit is required prior to the meeting.

Phase 2: Proposal

We send over a contract & proposal of our estimated design time with a budget sheet for you to sign and retain a spot on our schedule.

We collect a retainer fee of 10 hrs before moving onto plans + sourcing.

Phase 3: We get inspired.

We start with 2D plans to approve the layouts before sourcing finishes and furniture.

Phase 4: We meet again.

This will be one of our most time consuming steps. We source items for your project, whether it’s finishes for a remodel or furniture for a full refresh. We put together mood boards, gather samples, and organize everything together to present to you.

Once the 10 hours is up, we will bill hourly at the end of each month.

Phase 5: Ordering

All large items are ordered, and the pricing is updated on the budget document. We prefer to handle ordering so we can track accordingly, and extend industry discounts where applicable.

Phase 6: Checking in

We have a weekly or monthly check-in with clients depending on the project. For remodels and new construction we conduct site visits to stay updated.

Phase 7: Shopping List

About a month prior to our project wrapping up, we schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements and make a shopping list for decor + accessories.

We create a "what to expect" document for all remaining expenses that will be due after install day to make sure we are on the same page.

Phase 8: Final Install

Once we have an ETA for the big items, we schedule our install day. We bring in a team to finalize the finishing touches (i.e. hang artwork, curtain rods etc). We ask that you’re not home during this time so you can come home to the big REVEAL!

A final invoice will be sent for design time and accessories after install day.
